Deputy Chief Sal Hanna has 15 years of public safety experience. His background includes military emergency management, military law enforcement, security operations management, and investigations. He has four degrees, including a masters in Criminal Justice. 

Chief Al Rocca has 23 years of public safety experience. His background includes emergency ambulance operations, law enforcement,  military emergency management, and being a park ranger. He has five degrees, including a masters in organizational leadership. 

Texas Division Chief Jeff Pharis has over 20 years of public safety experience. His background includes working as as firefighter / paramedic  and arson investigator. He has functioned as a tactical medic, and completed technical rescue courses including wide area search. operations and management. He has a college degree in emergency medical services.
